Honestly though, last week was the worst. There were days when we had government electricity for only an hour a day! Thank God for generators!
Poor guys
sigh…Thank God for generators indeed!
Seriously! Last week was the worst!
The things we take for granted.
Reliable infrastructure: How hard could it be? As it turns out, very hard.
Good one Sareen
Wow. Does it really get that bad? I swear I’m learning more about Lebanon from your comic than I have from any other source.
Unfortunately, over the summer months it does get bad outside of the capital. Hehe but it’s ok, we’re always prepared with generators.
So at the end of the month can you do a comic about the bill you’ll be getting from the generator. that ought to be funny… for us not you
We’re already paying 130$ for only 10 amperes! God knows how much it’s going to cost us this month. And yeah…it’s going to be a tragedy for me .. *sniff* Lebanon: the only country you pay twice for your bills.
I can’t imagine how frustrating that must be. The comic was extra funny that they were pointing to a tiny little light.
What is the record for on at a time?
Your comic is both funny and a new learning experience for me!
amazing !!!
SO SILLY
Seven hours of uninterrupted electricity? Gosh, I really feel for you, Sareen. Makes me respect you even more for getting your great work out to us!
Lol, I live in Lebanon, that is so true
Najib mikati is planning on building a nuclear power plant to solve the issue…good luck with that.
I’m laughing at my own country right now when the situation should actually make me cry for my land
You’d think other Arab countries would sell us some petroleum for cheaper prices but oh well I guess…sigh
I don’t know what to do with myself anymore when the power goes out.
I can’t imagine having to deal with that.
Apparently the secret to keep power cuts at bay last time was to have you on the podcast
As much as I am an electricity-junkie, I’d be celebrating too.
Sounds crazy over there. It is bad enough when it goes out during a storm.
i miss those days now we have 3 hours only and im not joking..
