We have been in the غربة 4 (exactly) 11 months and one day today, and although it seems irrational but I`d go back today to my country and never regret it
We do try to get out, that`s sad (in lack of a better word!) but home remains ..home!
Well, there are so many countries we don’t need visas for I hear St. Kitts and Nevis is a beautiful place (wherever that is, at least we don’t need a visa to visit it)…
Visa Applications are of course partly political/security decisions, but also they are very-much in relation to unemployment in those countries. If the US had a real Participation rate under 10% (which is the way real economists and businesses look at unemployment #s) you would be much more likely to receive a visa for the US and other Western countries.
I have an MBA with a focus on Economics and the problem with the world economy right now is Supply Side Economics, there is an imbalance in the Supply/Demand Equation. Not enough Demand for the products that are being produced, Demand is mostly equal to employee wages (i.e. global minimum wage).
Hahahahah!!!!! Noooo … we don’t want to leave because there’s no tabbouleh like lebanese tabbouleh.
Haha yeah right
