The reason being, when she gets pregnant, I'll have 6 months or so (by the time she starts looking like it) to react and get someone to replace her while she's away on maternity leave. Whereas a male, he only needs to through a piece of paper saying he's going on paternity leave without any prior notice. That's him gone for the year. But then again, this is no Lebanon.
